There is great anticipation in Frankenberg! On July 10, 2025, the live meeting in the district garden on Bahnhofstrasse will pick up speed. The event, which runs every Thursday until August 21st, promises an exciting program full of live music and socializing. Organizer Torsten Laege, known as the former operator of the Havana music bar, has put together a varied line-up that offers something for every taste. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the music starts at 7 p.m.
Kicking things off on July 10th are the Backstrikers, a session band that has been active since 2005 and is presenting a “best of” of their best pieces. If you're looking for more on the following Thursdays, you'll get your money's worth with bands like Bigfoot, The Peteles, Dukes Trio, The Pussies, Kornblume and Smash.

Another highlight is the cup system that Laege has introduced. Guests can purchase a drink cup for just 6 euros. In addition, there is a starter package available in advance that includes the cup and five tokens of 3 euros each. This design allows visitors to enjoy the event easily. Advance sales points include the Autohaus Beil and the Waldeck-Frankenberger Bank.
