Zeteler Markt 2025: Fun, animals and family day await visitors!
The Zeteler Markt, the oldest and most famous fair in the Lower Saxony region, opened its doors on Saturday and will be celebrated in Zetel, Friesland until November 12th. Despite the cloudy weather, numerous visitors flocked to the event, which not only featured music and rides, but also a colorful selection of snack and show stalls. The mood is exuberant, which shows that the people of Cologne and their neighbors are in a good mood even in less-than-perfect weather.
How nwzonline reports, there will be a family day on Monday, November 10th, with reduced prices. On Tuesday, a rest day, things will be a little quieter in Zetel. But the wait is worth it: on Wednesday, the traditional cattle and horse market opens its doors at 6 a.m. Here visitors can admire all kinds of animals, including horses, ponies, goats, sheep, donkeys and alpacas. Due to the risk of bird flu, poultry will be missing this year.

The fair itself opens its gates on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Over 100 rides and amusement stalls offer entertainment for the whole family.
