Tennis, music and joy: Open day at the Stade Marocain!
Next Saturday, June 21, 2025, a particularly colorful event will take place at the Stade Marocain-tennis: the 43rd edition of the Music Festival. From 9:00 a.m. everyone interested, but especially children from the Al Amal social education center in Sala Al Jadida and the Bo Kid's crèche, are invited to an open day. The event promises a social, friendly and relaxed atmosphere and offers a variety of activities that will introduce the little guests to the world of tennis and padel.
The club's president, Mohamed Mounir Baiz, also announces artistic animations to make the day even more exciting. Access to this event is free, making the fête a great option for families who would like to experience something together. Such opportunities are worth their weight in gold to integrate and support children through sport and music.
The world of music is celebrated
The Fête de la Musique, a worldwide music festival, takes place annually on June 21st. Its origins lie in France and now over 1,000 cities worldwide take part. There are more than 140 places in Germany that take part in this special day to bring people closer to the joy of music. The idea of uniting people through music is at the core of this event, as well fetedelamusique.info reported.
In Montpellier, for example, the Fête is celebrated with a grandiose event called “Grand Tabazù”, which focuses on a collective movement and musical performances. Here, squares are transformed into a large celebration in which 11 musicians delight with various instruments, including saxophones and trumpets. Such festivals not only promote cultural life, they also show how important the re-appropriation of public spaces is for a sense of community. The music artists are committed aesthetically and politically to a positive transformation of our everyday lives.
A call to participate
Whether in Cologne or elsewhere – the Fête de la Musique offers an ideal opportunity to enjoy the longest day of the year together.
