Niš, with its round250,000 inhabitants, is located about 250 kilometers southeast of Belgrade and about 160 kilometers west of Sofia, Bulgaria. Niš – Constantine the Great Airport, named after the Roman emperor and known as the second largest airport in Serbia, welcomes visitors just four kilometers from the city center.
