Beef roulades recipe

  • Zutaten: Rinderrouladen aus der Oberschale, Zwiebeln, Bauchspeck, scharfer Senf.
  • Die Rouladen mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen, Senf und Zwiebeln darauf verteilen und Bauchspeck hinzufügen.
  • Ränder der Roulade einklappen, eng einrollen und mit Zahnstocher fixieren.
  • Rouladen dunkel anbraten, die Zwiebeln im Bräter anbraten, bis sie milchkaffee-braun sind.
  • Rouladen zurück in den Topf geben, mit Wasser aufgießen und zwei Stunden sanft köcheln lassen.
  • Die Soße mit Mehl und Wasser binden.
  • Servieren mit Beilagen nach Wahl, z.B. Spätzle, Nudeln oder Kartoffelknödel.
