What a lively weekend awaits us! The popular local festival takes place in Werdohl-Königsburg, organized by the 4th company of the Werdohl Rifle Club. On Saturday, June 28th from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday, June 29th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the schoolyard of the Königsburg elementary school will be transformed into an inviting festival area. Here, visitors can feast at barbecue and drink stands and enjoy fresh waffles. A morning pint with music also creates a good atmosphere and best of all: entry is free, so stop by and do a good deal in the festive atmosphere! Come-On reports about it here.
Another highlight on Sunday is the exhibition “The Human Body – Learning from the Dead” in the Meinerzhagen town hall. From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., interested guests can get a deep insight into anatomy and humanity for an entrance fee of 17 euros for adults, 12 euros for schoolchildren and students and 7 euros for children up to 6 years old.
