Mysterious accident on A61: Car flees to crash with trucks!

On Friday afternoon, around 11:20 a.m., a spectacular accident occurred on the A61 between two saddle trains. An unknown driver in a gray Mitsubishi Colt, with a Mainz license plate, ruthlessly changed lanes and subordinated the safety distance to a truck in front of him. This led to the following truck to slow down, which resulted in a rear -end collision. The property damage to the truck involved amounts to around 10,000 euros.

In the meantime, the driver of the Mitsubishi simply dropped out before the police could arrive. He left the motorway at the Rheinböllen junction and turned on the B50 in the direction of Simmern. The police are urgently looking for witnesses who can provide information about this irresponsible driver.
