When the sun rises over the banks of the Moselle and Cochem's old town shines in a golden light, locals and visitors know that it's that time again: the Cochem Wine Festival is just around the corner! From July 4th to 6th, 2025, the Cond district will become a melting pot for wine lovers and gourmets. And all this in front of a picturesque backdrop in which the imposing Reichsburg sits enthroned.
At this festival, nine regional winemakers and restaurants offer their best wines. The offer doesn't just make the hearts of wine lovers beat faster: Rieslings, fruity Auslese and other specialties from the Moselle region are waiting to be tasted. There's something for every palate here, and it's worth getting a wine tasting voucher to try a glass (0.1 l) of wine up to the Auslese rating. The vouchers are available both on site and at the tourist information center.

The culinary delicacies presented by the regional restaurants round off the experience. From savory dishes to sweet treats – you can find the right wine pairing here. There is a lot to discover and enjoy!

- Sonntag, 6. Juli: von 13 bis 18 Uhr

A festival for music and wine lovers
The Cochem Wine Festival is part of a series of events that revolve around the region's wine tradition. It loads in August Cochem Wine Festival from August 22nd to 26th for another festival of the senses. The event takes place along the Moselle promenade and in the market square, where numerous wine stands and two stages with live acts await visitors. A real treat that is crowned with a magnificent parade on Sunday and a spectacular fireworks display!
