A disturbing incident occurred on June 21, 2025 in Oberdürenbach when an unknown man approached a 7-year-old girl and tried to lure her to a nearby riding arena. The incident took place between 5:15 and 5:30 p.m. in the area of the sports field/Am Burberg. Fortunately, the child was physically unharmed and returned to his parents. The man who approached the girl is described as follows: He is around 30 to 35 years old, has a light complexion, is between 170 and 180 cm tall and has dark, short hair and a mustache.
