In addition to the choir, soloists also appeared: Kolja Martens (bass), Katja Vorreyer (soprano) and Sofia Oganesian (piano). concert with the motto "Heartquake"

Another benefit concert by the Meldorf youth cantore took place on March 25, 2023 in the Meldorf Cathedral. This concert had the motto "heart quake" and focused on the works of the famous composer Johannes Brahms, who was born in Hamburg and has family roots in Heide. Brahms wrote numerous three -part and four -part sentences for the Hamburg women's choir, whereby the folk song played a central role in his work.

As part of the concert, “Four chants for women's choir” op. 17 were listed, accompanied by Horn and Harp, which symbolically stood for a mysterious forest and transience. The musical contribution was based on a cross -section of literary romance, including Gälisch heroes and poems by Eichendorff and Schlegel. Hugo Distler's settings of poems of selected authors such as Fernando Pessoa, Gottfried Benn, Rainer Maria Rilke and Kurt Schwitters were presented. Half of the proceeds of this concert were also for the Freundeskreis Hospiz Dithmarschen and the youth cantore in Meldorf. The admission price was 20 euros at the box office.
