Fulda (PM/AS) - On August 15, 2023, 20 new trainees started their training as a bank clerk at Sparkasse Fulda. This important stage not only is a career step for young people, but also underlines the Sparkasse's range of services as one of the preferred training centers in the region.

To make the trainees easier, the HR department under the direction of Wolfgang Göb organized a comprehensive welcome week. The new generation of bank clerks is not only given the opportunity to get to know the company, but also to establish valuable contacts. A speed dating took place in May to reduce the excitement on the first day.

During the welcome days, the new talents await a colorful program: from information lectures for training to practical introductions to the IT systems of the Sparkasse. In addition to a tour of the branches, there is also a sociable evening under the motto "Grill & Chill" on the agenda, where you can exchange ideas with former trainees.

In the first year of training, the young people can expect a remuneration of 1,268.20 euros, linked to various additional services such as food grants and wealth -effective services.
