Hamburg's digital revolution: Administration becomes more citizen -friendly!

The Hamburg administration also plans to expand the use of automated processes, wherever possible, and to avoid future media breaks in the administration. Due to the enormous progress and commitment in digitization, Hamburg represents an example of other German cities with the aim of facilitating the everyday life of citizens through more efficient and better accessible administrative processes.
