The transition from school to studying is an exciting but also challenging time for many young people. In this phase there are numerous questions: Which field of study is the right one? What do I have to consider when choosing a course? In order to find answers to these questions, the Friedrich Schiller University Jena offers a helpful digital orientation workshop that is tailored to the needs of those interested in study.

On September 10 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the university invites you to participate in this online event. The workshop is aimed at everyone who is at least in 11th grade and would like to find out more about their options in the university area. It is possible to exchange ideas with experienced study advisors and other prospective students via zoom. This not only helps the participants to develop their own profile, but also to penetrate the wide range of information that can be decisive for the choice of study.

Individual advice and exchange

A central point of the event is individual advice. From the application for a dormitory to the professional perspectives after studying - the most common questions are not only dealt with, but also dealt with the personal concerns of the participants.
