Between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., an approximately 30-year-old man addressed the elderly woman and got involved in a harmless conversation. In the meantime, the perpetrator used the distraction to secretly withdraw her wallet to the woman, which contained cash and personal documents.
