On Saturday, August 10th, the day for the officials of the Traunstein police inspection began with a surprising incident: A drafty calf was discovered in the area of Kreisstraße 31 near Chieming. Thanks to targeted measures, the animal was quickly brought back to its stable. But this situation was only the prelude to a day full of animal challenges.

The morning continued with another incident when a dog was found on Haslacher Strasse in Traunstein. The police acted quickly and was able to find the owner, so that the dog returned safely back to his family's arms.

This animal ultimately also found shelter in an animal shelter, which makes it clear how important such facilities are for endangered animals.
