Fun and action: karate child training camp on Schluchsee enthusiastic!

From August 30th to September 1st, the highly expected first children's training camp of the Karate department Sei-Wa-Kei took place at the Schluchsee. The karate convoy started with full energy on Friday morning and was immediately challenged by an "extreme" 1 km hike to a bathing area. After an exciting pedal boat competition, the evening design turned into a football game and self-mixed non-alcoholic mocktails before a new day started.

The second day was characterized by intensive training sessions, in which the children refined their karate techniques and showed first progress. The program was rounded off with a fun volleyball unit on the beach volleyball field. But the real highlight came on the last day with a mixture of partner exercises, self-defense games and visiting a nearby fun park, which convinced with a tire slide and other attractions. Despite an unexpected hail show, everyone agreed: This first training camp was a complete success and they are already looking forward to the next round.
