Exciting football weekend: local teams shine and suffer!
In the national football league, season II, it will be exciting again! On September 28, 2025, numerous exciting games took place that invited the audience to join in the excitement. The encounters with teams from the Böblingen district in particular caused a stir. There was no room for boredom because the results speak for themselves.
TSV Ehningen showed themselves masterfully against FV Sontheim/Brenz. With a clear 4-0 win in front of 100 spectators, TSV left nothing to be desired. Maurice Dreher scored the first goal in the 75th minute, followed by Gabriel Körtge Corral, who increased the score to 2-0 just two minutes later. Lars Jäger crowned the team's performance with two goals in stoppage time (90th + 2nd and 90th + 4th minute).
Portrait of tension
Another notable appearance was the game between SV Waldhausen and MTV Stuttgart, in which Waldhausen won 2-1. Patrick Bühler took the lead in the 9th minute. Even though Raphael Hahn equalized in the 42nd minute, it was Tim Eckstein who secured the victory for Waldhausen in the 46th minute. This was Waldhausen's fifth win of the season!
However, SC Geislingen could not convince and had to accept a 0-4 defeat against GSV Maichingen. After a goalless first half, the visitors scored four goals, scored by Kevin Flaig and Endrit Syla. Flaig in particular scored a penalty kick and made the victory perfect.
The encounter between Böblingen and Waldstetten also remained exciting. Böblingen won 2-1, with Lennart Häßler and Cedric Hornung scoring the decisive goals. The spectators were thrilled by the dynamic play of both teams.
The partial encounter between TSV Bad Boll and an unknown opponent ended with a narrow 1-0, with Baran Ates scoring the decisive goal. Köngen also won 3-2 against TV Echterdingen. Despite Echterdinger taking an early 2-0 lead in the 16th minute, Köngen turned the tide and ultimately secured victory in the 84th minute. There were three dismissals in this game, which underlined the heated atmosphere.
Rising stars coin the bingo cards
The climb is not a walk in the park for everyone. SV Böblingen, TSV Ehningen, VfL Sindelfingen and GSV Maichingen have to prove themselves in this unpredictable league against strong newcomers such as TSV Köngen and 1. FC Eislingen. These two teams are currently leading the table, while the once top-placed teams from the Böblingen district are now fighting for stability. It remains exciting to see what challenges the coming games will bring.
The news from the league is really not from bad parents. Who would have thought that the season would have so many surprises and twists? Fans and players can look forward to the next challenges!
