In a disturbing turn of events, the Heilbronn Regional Court has handed down harsh sentences to two defendants following a series of burglaries in the greater Heilbronn, Stuttgart and Karlsruhe areas. The offenses took place between October 2024 and January 2025 and were mainly focused on private apartments in cities such as Bad Friedrichshall, Neckarsulm, Brackenheim and Bad Wimpfen. The two men had caused enormous damage, with a total stolen value of around 450,000 euros in jewellery, cash and other valuables, while the property damage was estimated at around 90,000 euros. Both defendants admitted that they often traveled together, but sometimes alone, to commit their burglaries.

Wave of burglaries in Heilbronn
