This 27th station in the ADAC Nordbaden area is available free of charge around the clock and offers a variety of helpful services.
The opening took place on the Derdinger Horn wine plateau and was ceremoniously accompanied by Mayor Thomas Nowitzki, Tanja Conrad from ADAC Nordbaden and Jan Bühn, the mobility manager at ADAC Nordbaden. Mayor Nowitzki emphasized how important it is to strengthen Oberderdingen as a bicycle-friendly city. This is not only a benefit for the citizens, but also for guests who want to explore the region.
What can cyclists expect?
The new station impresses with a striking yellow column and is equipped with everything cyclists might need in the event of minor breakdowns. This includes important tools, an air pump and a hanging device. A special feature is the integrated QR code, which leads to step-by-step instructions for bicycle repairs. The initiative to build the station comes from the city of Oberderdingen, which is further demonstrating its commitment to sustainable mobility.
