Ludwigsburg celebrates: Free participatory festival starts in July!
In Ludwigsburg, July is all about encounters and solidarity. Under the motto“Ludwigsburg together – just join in”invites the city to the market square every Thursday evening in July 2025. The first event took place on July 3rd and offered a diverse program with a hands-on circus, henna tattoos and face painting. The city attaches great importance to ensuring that all citizens are warmly welcomed, regardless of their background and age.
The aim of this series of events is clear: the creation of social coexistence should be promoted and solidarity within urban society should be strengthened. As the hello-ludwigsburg reported, the meetings will run until July 24, 2025, with the last event taking place on the town hall square. Until then, the market square will become a lively center for creative activities such as chalk painting, goal wall shooting and face painting. Participation is free and no prior registration is required.
Common activities for everyone
The participating organizations are diverse and committed: the Inclusion and Integration Office, the Integration Council, the Ludwigsburg Adult Education Center and the KulturWelt association work hand in hand to create a varied program. This also happens in the spirit of a legal framework that stipulates in Germany that inclusion and accessibility must be central aspects when planning events. The LivingQuarter emphasizes the importance of promoting diversity and inclusion to create a strong sense of community.
The program includes not only fun, but also opportunities for creative interaction and social exchange. The last time participants can do so is on July 24th under the motto:“Ludwigsburg paints”try in art.
