The football world in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg has strengthened again! FV Ravensburg was able to secure the services of the dangerous striker Nesreddine Kenniche. The 29-year-old attacker comes from VfR Aalen, where he scored 3 goals in 9 league games last season. In doing so, he brings a breath of fresh air to coach Alexander Heumann's team, who particularly praises Kenniche's versatility and goal threat. In a friendly against FC Sonthofen, he immediately showed his qualities and scored the first goal for his new club in an exciting 3-3 draw.
Nesreddine Kenniche, whose most successful years were at FSV 08 Bietigheim-Bissingen, scored an impressive 18 goals in the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons. The Bietigheim-Bissinger native also played for SGV Freiberg before moving to Aalen, but he only stayed there briefly as his contract was terminated at the end of August 2024. Kenniche is known for his flexibility on the pitch, as he can be used both as a center forward and in the right wing position.
Preparation and upcoming challenges
FV Ravensburg is currently in the hot preparation phase of the season. There is another friendly match against FC Wangen on July 17th, followed by a match against TSG Balingen, who were recently promoted to the regional league, on July 19th.
