He praised all the more the indispensable commitment of the teachers, who always showed patience during this time. Particularly noteworthy are the class teachers Otto Schuster, Lisa Winterhalter and Michael Kunz, as well as the school social workers Samuel Kleefeldt and Dagmar Bantle, who made a significant contribution to the young people's success.

Training in transition
Vocational schools are firmly rooted in the German education system. The background shows that there are around 820 different educational programs that cover a wide range of possibilities. According to the BIBB data report, 14% of 15 to 24-year-olds were in dual vocational training in 2020, while only 4% were pursuing school-based vocational training. These statistics underline the size and importance of dual and school-based vocational training in Germany, with the trend towards higher qualifications becoming ever stronger.
Young people are increasingly striving for higher educational qualifications. In 2021, 36.3% of beginners in (training) training began fully qualifying vocational training. The proportion of women in school-based training occupations is noticeably high - they make up over three quarters of the students in this area. These developments are also reflected in the high expectations of companies, which value commitment, punctuality and team spirit.
The celebrations in Schramberg are not only an occasion for joy for the graduates, but also an important indicator of the quality of the school-based vocational training and the path to a successful professional future.
