A strange incident shook the idyll in Schwäbisch Hall late on Wednesday evening. A 28-year-old man, apparently heavily intoxicated, found himself in a closed butcher's shop after falling from an adjacent restaurant. Loud Daily Mirror The man alerted the police at 10:45 p.m. but was unable to provide his exact location. The emergency services finally found him in the butcher's shop on Am Spitalbach Street, where he helped himself to the sausage counter and ate several sausages.
The police suspect that the injured man fell from a window of the neighboring restaurant. Instead of calling for help, he took advantage of his unusual situation to help himself. “The person was just lying in our store,” said store manager Nadja Merkel, shocked. She was informed by the police at 12:53 a.m. and spoke of damage to the butcher's door and pigeon net.
Injuries and Investigations
After his discovery, the young man was taken in an ambulance to a clinic where he received medical care. The police were initially unable to provide any information about the severity of his injuries. An investigation is now underway against him for a property crime, as at least two sausages, a complete yellow sausage and a nibbled red sausage, are missing from the butcher's shop. The incident not only alarmed the police, but also the manager, who hardly got any sleep that night.
