In comparison, an average of only 53.5 liters per square meter was registered in Mannheim in September. Therefore, the risk of local flooding, flooded basements and other difficulties is real. Lows on Wednesday will be between 10 and 6 degrees and a moderate to strong north-easterly wind will exacerbate the wet conditions.
