Something is happening in Tiengen! From Friday, October 3rd to Sunday, October 5th, 2025, the Tiengen town hall will open its doors for the first gourmet fair “Gaumenfreuden”. Organizer Regina Rieger has put together an exciting program that combines culinary delights and conviviality. Over 90 exhibitors from the region, at home and abroad present their products in the town hall and outside, with a total of 45 stands in each of the two locations. The focus is particularly on unique products that can be found outside the mainstream, which creates a distinctive atmosphere. Südkurier reports.

The trade fair offers a real treasure trove for gourmets: from pumpkin seed oil to fine brandies to Black Forest truffles, there is something for every palate. The offer is rounded off by kitchen appliances, grills and fire bowls. For visitors who prefer to take it easy, there is a practical pick-up and delivery service for purchased goods, which makes the shopping experience all the more pleasant.

An experience for all senses

But the “palate delights” not only offer products to buy, but also a varied supporting program. Live music, tastings, wine tastings and cooking demonstrations make the event an experience for the entire family. The opening times are from Friday to Saturday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The entry price of 10 euros also includes participation in the demonstrations and tastings, which will bring joy to the visitors. For everyone who wants to enjoy something special, a trade fair breakfast is offered on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., for which a price of 29.50 euros plus admission is charged. Here the participants can make new culinary discoveries in a friendly atmosphere and end the weekend in style.
