Nightrun & Beats: Deggendorf celebrates movement and democracy!
The anticipation is rising in Deggendorf: On Friday, September 5, 2025, the city will once again become the stage for the popular “Nightrun & Beats”. With around 1,400 participants now, the event has become a truly integral part of the sporting calendar. Almost 700 runners took part in the first edition, the number increased every year: 1,000 in the second round and 1,200 in the third edition. This year the organizers promise an even larger number of participants. The reason for the rush is simple: movement, encounters and joint support for democracy are the focus of this event. This is also reported by the PNP.
The route leads through the closed B11 tunnel and is immersed in a very special atmosphere with light and music. A visible sign of open, democratic coexistence. Runners of all ages and fitness levels are welcome here, so everyone can take part.
