This award was presented last year by the Süddeutsche Kassenlotterie (SKL) and pleases the residents not only in terms of satisfaction, but also in the proud ranking of the regions.
Interestingly, Dillingen made it into the top 6 of 402 districts and independent cities in Germany, while overall life satisfaction in Germany is 7.09 points, an increase of 0.03 points compared to 2024. These developments show that people in Dillingen are not only satisfied, but also happy - two thirds of those surveyed even described themselves as “extremely satisfied” with their lives, while none are very dissatisfied.
