Things are getting really exciting in Augsburg: The Bavarian Ministry of Finance recently provided financial resources for an innovative 4D project to reconstruct Augsburg Cathedral. The Diocese of Augsburg, which is the second largest diocese in Bavaria with around 1.1 million Catholics, extends over around 13,700 square kilometers - from Neu-Ulm to Lake Starnberg and from the Donau-Ries to the Allgäu Alps.
