Building land hammer in Oberpframmern: Strong demand from young families!

The future development of the community of Oberpframmern is increasingly taking shape. The “Wiesenanger” access road in the new “Siegertsbrunner Straße III” development area is already showing initial progress, as 20 of a total of 40 plots for single-family and semi-detached houses have already been allocated. Plots with sizes of 400 square meters for single-family houses and around 260 to 280 square meters for semi-detached houses have proven to be particularly popular. The subsidized price per square meter of 800 euros is 350 euros below the local land value, which, according to Mayor Andreas Lutz, is of particular interest among young families.

However, the construction project also has other goals. The sale of the properties is seen not only as a contribution to the creation of new living space, but also to the creation of reserves for future municipal projects. In particular, the aim is to finance a new fire station, with the costs incurred being in the mid-single-digit million range. The existing fire department building, which has been in operation since 1978, is to be replaced to meet current requirements. In addition, the creation of reserves for all-day care at the school is of great importance for the community.

Tiny houses – a misunderstanding

A certain misunderstanding has caused turmoil in recent weeks. The municipality's plan does not envisage a tiny house settlement, but only refers to the approval of small home builders for developers. This is intended to take the needs of new residents into account and at the same time expand the possibilities for land use.

Things remain exciting for future residents: Located near Munich, Oberpframmern is a sought-after location that continues to signal a need for living space. According to information from the municipality, 20 additional, fully developed plots are planned for marketing, which further underlines the attractiveness of the region.

The next steps in building development are being followed with excitement, and citizens can look forward to the changes to come.
