Eichstätt Summer Cinema: Laughing and thinking under the stars!

Summertime is movie time! It will be magical again in Eichstätt in the coming weeks when the open-air cinema in the historic garden of the former cathedral provost invites you. The media department of the Eichstätt Diocesan Education Center and the Eichstätter Filmstudio have jointly put together a loving program that awaits the latest cinema films and favorite films of large audiences from July 24th to 26th and from July 31st to August 2nd. The films are carefully selected and deal with current topics, with something for every taste.

The first three films have already been confirmed: “The Barbarians – Welcome to Brittany”, a French comedy by Julie Delpy, starts on July 24th. The cult musical “Mamma Mia!” follows on Friday, July 25th. directed by Phyllida Lloyd. The first weekend concludes on July 26th with the preview of the tragicomedy “Wilma wants more” by Maren-Kea Freese.
