Ringelai demolishes Bischofsreut 7-0 – Freyung becomes winter champion!

In the A-Class Freyung, TV Freyung is the unofficial winter champion. Last Sunday there was no guest appearance from Röhrnbach II at Oberfeld, which made it easier for Freyung to maintain their position at the top of the table. There was a little excitement in Ringelai's game against Bischofsreut/Haidmühle/Philippsreut, which ended with an impressive 7-0. The game took place on the Kühbach sports field, as the main field is currently being renovated. In front of 80 spectators, the players showed enormous commitment and brought the game into the corner several times. Simon Pittner opened the scoring with a goal in the 13th minute, followed by Sebastian Drexler, who scored four times (14th, 30th, 72nd, 78th minute), and Christoph Einberger, who also netted twice in the 61st and 66th minutes.

What else is going on in the league? Perlesreut II suffered a bitter 4-0 defeat against Karlsbach. Michael Gibis set the course for victory in the first minute, followed by further goals from Mario Maier, Daniel Peller and Julian König, which marked the final score shortly before the break. Meanwhile, Herzogsreut was in top form and won with a clear 8:1 against Böhmzwiesel. Johannes Blöchl and Nico Krückl were the outstanding players, scoring seven of the eight goals together.

Next games are coming up

The players can now prepare for the upcoming encounters. Fürsteneck/Prague and Grainet II meet on November 14th at 2 p.m. Hinterschmiding will also be active when they host Kumreut at 3 p.m. on the same day. Things will get exciting on Thursday at 7 p.m. with a catch-up game between Kumreut and Ringelai, while on Saturday, November 15th, Fürsteneck/Prague and Ringelai will meet at 3 p.m.

TV Freyung's current performance and the exciting results in the A class promise an exciting season. The competitive pressure will certainly increase in the coming weeks and the teams will be asked to deliver their best.
