Ansbach celebrates successful graduates of administrative training!

On October 27, 2025, a ceremonial ceremony to hand over the examination certificates to the graduates of the General Internal Administration took place in the magnificent Ansbach Castle. Not only were the graduates of the second and third qualification levels honored for their achievements, but the standards for future development in public administration were also set. Loud Franconian Deputy Human Resources Manager Reiner Daum emphasized the essential role of sound training in administration.

The newly qualified administrative economists had started their professional careers with the government of Middle Franconia or the Middle Franconian district offices. What is particularly noteworthy is that all graduates of the third qualification level successfully passed the demanding qualification examination. A remarkable moment was the award for Fabian Prosiegel, who came in 5th place out of 52 participants in Bavaria, representing the natural sciences and technology career with a focus on administrative informatics.

Outstanding achievements

Another highlight was the performance of Finja Meyer, who finished in the second qualification level with an impressive second place out of 384 participants. These successes are not just personal triumphs, but underline the outstanding quality of the training, which combines theory and practice over two years. Students spend their time both at the Bavarian Administrative School in Nuremberg and in practical phases at the district offices.

  • Ausbildung in der zweiten Qualifikationsebene:
    • Dauer: 2 Jahre
    • Abschluss: Diplomgrad „Diplom-Verwaltungswirtin (FH)“ bzw. „Diplom-Verwaltungswirt (FH)“
  • Duales Studium in der Fachlaufbahn Naturwissenschaft und Technik:
    • Dauer: 6 Monate Fachstudium und 18 Monate an der Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften
    • Abschluss: Diplomgrad „Diplom-Verwaltungsinformatikerin (FH)“ bzw. „Diplom-Verwaltungsinformatiker (FH)“

The graduates impressively show that administration does not only rely on numbers, but also on people. Your experience and knowledge are the focus. Especially in times like these, it is important that the next generations of skilled workers are well trained.

In today's digital world, however, one should also take a look at developments in the field of communication. Recent features in email services like Gmail offer customizable tabs that provide a quick overview of what's new and help keep emails organized. The Hangouts integration also promotes easy communication that includes both texts and free group video calls. Anyone who needs enough storage space will be happy about the 15 GB, which is available for free without having to delete emails to make space, like Gmail reported.

There's also news for everyone interested in gaming! On the side of The Game Reward You can find information about free tickets for bingo events, which can certainly provide some variety.

In summary, yesterday's event set the course for a successful future in administration and the graduates are well prepared to master the challenges of tomorrow.
