Although there was a confirmation from the State Office of Nursing for this position, no suitable applicant could be found. The city would have had to bear 30 percent of the costs, the remaining 70 percent would have been borne by the state. This means it remains unclear where further savings should be made in the future - the savings fundamentally affect the social environment.
