Things are going well in Steinberg: the Rewe store is moving and the community is tackling things! At a citizens' meeting in the Wilhelmsthal sports hall, around 50 interested citizens came together to find out about this important step. Mayor Susanne Grebner (SPD) took the opportunity to present the municipality's key projects and to actively involve citizens. Tobias Semmler from the engineering firm IVS also answered questions and presented current information regarding the relocation of the Rewe store. The plans for the current location are already in progress; It will be exciting to see what else is in store for us here.
The project shows how dynamically the community is developing and that those responsible are clearly concerned with the future of shopping in Steinberg. A modern Rewe store could not only improve shopping behavior, but also increase the attractiveness of the location.
