Beppo's Winter Trail: Discover Landsberg's historical treasures!
In Landsberg am Lech, anticipation of the contemplative time of the year is once again a priority. The Landsberg Christmas market opens its doors on Friday, November 28, 2025, inviting both locals and visitors to experience the city's festive atmosphere. The market will remain open until December 21, 2025 and extends around the city parish church as well as in the pedestrian zone, on the main square, the Rossmarkt and the Infanterieplatz.
The Christmas market gates will be open daily from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekends. Here visitors can immerse themselves in the magical world of handmade Christmas decorations, nativity scene accessories, jewelry and many other delicacies. The traditional delicacies such as mulled wine, bratwursts and chestnuts, which are offered in the lovingly decorated stalls, are particularly in demand. Beppos Winterweg – an experience for the whole family
But that's not all: from November 28th, 2025 to January 6th, 2026, the city invites you to “Beppo's Winter Trail”. This is an exciting walk with historical views in the shop windows of the old town, which imparts knowledge of the city's history in a playful way. From November 24th, the participant cards will be available at the tourist information center. During this entertaining tour, participants have the opportunity to solve small puzzles and receive a surprise and a certificate of discovery if they get at least 24 out of 31 correct answers.
