The combination of “Frankenlied” and “Bayernhymne” ensured a celebratory start that immediately captivated the audience. In addition, the trumpet concerto “Manhattan” by Philip Sparke impressed with a solo performance by Veit Langeheine, which brought an authentic jazz club feeling into the hall.
Another highlight was the piece “Eveil” by Serge Lancen, which musically described the awakening of nature and impressed with its detailed design. “Under the Admiral’s Flag” by Julius Fucik and Julie Giroux’s “Symphony No. 1 – Culloden” also made the evening an unforgettable experience for everyone present. These sounds took the listeners on a journey into Scottish Gaelic folklore and created an impressive atmosphere.
Positive feedback and lots of applause
Moderator Fabian König charmingly led the program through, and Berthold Rüth, President of the Untermain Music Association, welcomed the numerous guests.
