Double success for Neunkirchen wind orchestra at the music festival is thrilled!

The Neunkirchen am Brand youth and traditional costume band really cleaned up at the German Music Festival in Ulm and Neu-Ulm. Both orchestras – the youth orchestra and the symphonic wind orchestra – were rewarded with the rating “Outstanding Success” by the expert jury. This is a sign of the high level of skill and commitment that the band has demonstrated in its musical work. Yes, the effort was worth it!

The youth orchestra, under the direction of Nicole Steinhäuser, competed in the intermediate level, while Edmund Rolle's symphonic wind orchestra scored in the top level. The jury particularly praised the precise interaction, the technical brilliance and the musical interpretation, which were brought to the point. What should not be forgotten: The recognition was not only limited to the performances themselves, but also included the overall sound, the stylistic security and the creative depth of both ensembles.

Insight into the German Music Festival

The German Music Festival, which attracts over 20,000 musicians from all over Germany, has established itself as a true platform for musical talent. This year the festival included more than 500 events spread over four exciting festival days. While the first half of the concert will be performed by the youth orchestra, which will perform pieces such as “Axel F.” and “Let’s make music”, the second half of the concert will be dominated by the Symphonic Wind Orchestra, which will, among other things, present the obligatory piece “Crossroads” for the festival.

The ticket prices are definitely family-friendly: tickets sold in advance cost 13 euros (9 euros reduced). A price of 14 euros (10 euros reduced) will be charged at the box office. For those who would like to attend both concerts on Saturday and Sunday, there is a combination ticket priced at 20 euros (15 euros reduced).
