Neumarkt teams dominate the 2025/26 East District League – more derbies!
The anticipation for the new football season in the Ost Neumarkt/Jura district league is growing, and not without reason: in the 2025/26 season, the local teams are in charge! How mittelbayerische.de reported, ten of the 14 teams will come from the Neumarkt district. Compared to the previous season, this is an increase of two teams.
Last season, TSV Berching and DJK-SV Berg unfortunately had to say goodbye to the district class. But the league is being refreshed by the newcomers from the district classes: SpVgg FB Reichertshofen, 1. FC Deining, FSV Berngau and TSV Pyrbaum complete the round of 14. More Neumarkt clubs also mean more exciting derbies that will delight the fans!
First match day and preparations
The first matchday of the new season is already in the starting blocks: it starts on August 3rd and 4th, 2025! In order to prepare for the season, the playgroup meeting will take place on July 14th at FC Möning. And don't forget: The group round of the Toto Cup starts a step earlier, on July 20th, as well kicker.de confirmed.
For everyone who is active in the league or just wants to stay on the ball, there is important information about game reporting and result reporting. Match results can be checked on DFBnet, and goalscorers can be edited independently as long as it is still within the deadline.
