Inning celebrates 375 years of school: anniversary review for all generations!

A lot has happened in the inning! The primary school is celebrating a proud 375 years of school history with an anniversary revue entitled “It used to be completely different”. This exciting and at the same time nostalgic event is supported by 90 inningers from 15 different clubs, including 56 fourth grade children. The performances will take place on July 18th, 19th and 20th in the Inning multi-purpose hall, and the anticipation is already palpable, as the first rehearsals have been running every two weeks since February 2025.

There is great excitement in the community! Anja Wagatha, the deputy headmaster, and Jutta Göbber, the chairwoman of the local history association, work hand in hand to organize this event. The premiere will be celebrated on July 19th, and the audience can expect a stage set that shows the comparison between schools then and now, divided into eight exciting images. The musical accompaniment includes Pink Floyd's “We don't need no education” and the school anthem - in keeping with the theme.

The dress rehearsal on July 18th is open to the public and entry is free - a great chance to take a look behind the scenes! The revue lasts 75 minutes without a break, which makes for an entertaining program. If you want to get a ticket, you should hurry: advance sales begin today, June 16th, at several local stores. The prices are staggered in a friendly manner: adults pay 10 euros, children pay 5 euros.
