On Sunday, December 7th, 2025, the Schlossberghalle in Starnberg will be the scene of a colorful hustle and bustle. The popular handmade and creative market takes place here from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., taking visitors into the world of handmade unique items and culinary delicacies. More than 60 exhibitors present their lovingly designed products, including jewelry, ceramics, decorative items, bags, and even Christmas decorations. The market also offers a great opportunity to find regional specialties and creative ideas. In Munich reports that live demonstrations will also enrich the creative atmosphere so that visitors can gain an insight into the manufacturing processes.
What shouldn't be missing from a festive market? Of course the gourmet corner! Two food trucks with delicious epanadas and crepes await anyone with a sweet tooth outside. So after browsing you can treat yourself to a little culinary break. There is a special attraction for the younger guests: glitter tattoos ensure fun and joy for the young ones. This makes the 2nd Sunday of Advent an experience for the whole family.
Pricing and directions
Admission to this unique event is also attractive: adults only pay 4 euros, reduced tickets are available for 2.50 euros, and entry is free for children up to 14 years of age. There are only limited parking spaces available in the immediate area. Visitors are therefore asked to use the Hauptstraße 8a underground car park or alternatively to park on the side of the road, always taking into account the regular towing practices in the area. The Schlossberghalle offers barrier-free access so that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy what is on offer. The Herzlmarkt adds that specialties are also available to try here, including regional spreads, spirits, chips and honey. A feast for all senses!
