From June 24th to September 9th, the city will provide musical highlights in the town square every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening. Admission to all concerts is free, and the program is so colorful and varied that there is something for every taste. The Traunstein Town Music, which can look back on over 170 years of history, is ringing in the first week of the cult summer with a concert on Tuesday, July 1st. From 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. the sounds of classical music as well as modern arrangements and Bavarian brass music will echo through the streets. On the following Wednesday, July 2nd, the band “Uferlos” will be in demand from 6 p.m. Their special style, which they describe as “Bavarian Crossover”, brings a mixture of piano, saxophone, bass, guitars and drums to the stage. This makes the town square a magnet for all music lovers!

Versatile music program

The concerts don't just take place on the days mentioned above. The entire program extends over the summer months and offers space for musical diversity every evening on the town square. Traunstein.de emphasizes that the Tuesday concerts offer traditional brass music, while on Wednesdays a mix of classic rock to Austropop takes to the stage. On Thursdays it gets really cozy with jazz, blues and rock'n'roll. The air will vibrate!

However, there will be no concert on Thursday, July 3rd, because the city of Traunstein is celebrating its city anniversary from Friday, July 4th to Sunday, July 6th.
