The competition was tough and in the end Emma was unable to win the title of “National Best Reader”. The winner is Ayla, a 12-year-old from Berlin, who was able to convince the jury with an excerpt from “Game of Noctis – Game for Your Life” by Deva Fagan. All participants received a certificate and a book, while the winner also received a book voucher, a challenge cup and an invitation to take part in the next federal jury for the competition.
