Something big is happening at Frauenberg in Fulda: The well-known catering company Nelles Catering is launching a new multifunctional event hall called “N4 Events & Rooms”. This million-dollar project is not only the largest project in the company's history, but also promises to refresh the event culture in the region. The opening is planned for October 1, 2025 and there is already a lot of anticipation about the possibilities that this new location will offer.

The future event hall will be built on an impressive total area of ​​5,000 square meters, with the hall itself measuring 700 square meters. This size allows it to be divided into different areas, depending on the needs of the organizers. Whether birthday parties, weddings, company celebrations or in-house exhibitions – the new rooms can be used in a variety of ways. There will also be the possibility of integrating food trailers into the hall structure to offer guests an unforgettable culinary experience.

An optimal location for every occasion

What makes N4 Events & Rooms particularly attractive? The location is perfectly chosen: train tracks on one side, an industrial area on the other, undisturbed by neighbors who could cause noise. The central location in Fulda is another plus point, as the train station is only a 12-minute walk away and the impressive cathedral can be reached in 15 minutes. There will also be 40 parking spaces directly on the property, making travel easier for guests.

The vision behind this project goes beyond pure event design. One goal is to actively use the so-called “dead time” between January and April and offer employees future-oriented perspectives. In order to accommodate the growth, six new apartments are already planned for summer 2026, which will expand the existing range of accommodation.

The offices and warehouses are moving from Eichenzell, which will optimize logistics for the company. The construction manager also plans to celebrate his birthday on October 2nd in the yet-to-be-opened hall - a very personal milestone in the midst of this large project.
