Guitar magic in Kassel: Lari Basilio inspires in the theater room!

There's a lot going on in Kassel again! Next Tuesday, October 31, 2025, music lovers can look forward to the highly anticipated concert by Lari Basilio be happy. From 8 p.m. the talented Brazilian guitarist will rock the stage in the Theaterstübchen at Jordanstrasse 11. With entry prices of 26 euros plus fees and 31 euros at the box office, the event promises a musical experience in a class of its own.

But what makes Lari Basilio so special? Loud Guitar World Magazine she is one of the most exciting names in instrumental rock. This concert will not only present pieces from their new album, released in May 2025, but also well-known melodies from previous works. She is supported by an excellent band: Leonardo Bomeny (keyboards), Arthur De Palla (bass), and Lucas Bidran (drums) complement her playing in an enchanting way.

Diverse event program

However, Lari Basilio's concert is just one of many highlights in Kassel. Interesting events are also scheduled for Monday, October 30, 2025. There will be salon music with Oliver Leuer at 5:30 p.m. in the Sandershaus, followed by a performance by the Joel Frahms Trio at 8 p.m. in the Theaterstübchen. The entry prices are 25 euros plus fees, 30 euros at the box office.

If you'd like something more theatrical, you'll get your money's worth with the performance "Wall/Flower" at Tif on Monday at 11 a.m. Admission costs between 6.50 and 9.50 euros. For those interested in politics, the lecture on the Kassel lecture series against right-wing extremism will be offered at 6:15 p.m. in the Campus Center.

Market and holiday atmosphere

Hard-working market fans can visit the market hall on Monday from 7 a.m., which is open until 6 p.m. And the nice thing about it: the Casseler Herbst-Freiheit festivities have begun! Between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m., the Königsplatz, Friedrichsplatz and Opernplatz invite you to a colorful hustle and bustle - and all without admission.
