Mid-summer Dehaam market delights with regional treasures!

On June 22, 2025, the long-established “Dehaam” market took place in the picturesque “DEHAAM” castle park in Langenselbold. In midsummer temperatures, numerous guests from the entire Main-Kinzig district flocked to the park to be amazed by the variety of regional products. Around 50 exhibitors invited visitors to discover their handmade decorative items, wooden sculptures, delicious spirits and liqueurs as well as jewelry and care products. This event, which was organized with a lot of passion by the Neumann printing and press house, promotes awareness of the homeland and supports the regional economy.

The opening of the market was attended by several prominent faces: Oliver Naumann, managing director of the Neumann printing and press house, together with District Administrator Thorsten Stolz and City Councilor Roland Sahler, who represented Mayor Timo Greuel. The offering was extensive and ranged from freshly squeezed apple juice and meat products to artistic woodwork and homemade jewelry. Such products testify to the passion and creativity of the regional manufacturers, who can present themselves here to put the liveliness of the region in the right light Langenselbold.de is described.

Pure culinary and entertainment

A highlight of the market was certainly the culinary offering. Handmade specialties from the region not only attracted gourmets, but also families with children who enjoyed a bouncy castle with a fire engine look. While the sun shone, guests took advantage of the shady spots to relax and chat to the exhibitors. Visitors who were interested in music enjoyed a varied program. The songwriter Pauli kicked off with her band, followed by Simone Cerovina and Janika Anjuli, who created a great atmosphere with their mix of pop, rock and jazz. The end of the musical stage program was the band “Zzeilenrausch”, which really heated things up with their own rock songs.

A special highlight was the demonstration by a restorer who renewed the rattan weave on a chair in the barn live and gave the audience exciting insights into her craft. Visitors were also able to get to know the mascot “Schorsch” in various variations – from a plush toy to fabric bags to T-shirts and more. Luke Kreß was particularly popular, as he delighted guests young and old in a “Schorsch” costume. As already mentioned, the “Dehaam” market promotes regional identity and has established itself as an integral part of the Main-Kinzig district’s event calendar gnz.de reported.

A market on trend

At a time when high-quality, regional products are increasingly in demand, the “Dehaam” market sets an example for sustainability and local production. Such markets not only provide a platform for exhibitors, but also the opportunity for visitors to interact directly with the manufacturers and find out more about the products. The market always receives support from the region, and the strong response shows that there is a good knack for selecting exhibitors here.

Other events in the area are also taking place on a comparable scale, such as the rose market in Mössingen or the nature park market in Bühlertal, which take place on the same day and provide additional attractions in the region, such as on event-baden-wuerttemberg.de described. So June 22nd remains an exciting day for all market lovers and a feast for the senses!
