In Bad Soden, a town in the Main-Taunus district, a devastating fire completely damaged a warehouse overnight. As the Borken newspaper Reportedly, when the fire brigade arrived, the entire building was already in flames and only the walls remained. Firefighters battled the flames for several hours, but fortunately they did not spread to a gas tank, which could have resulted in an explosion. Two residents had to leave their homes as a precaution, but there were no injuries reported. The damage caused by the fire could be in the millions, although the exact amount is still unclear.
Around 160 emergency services were mobilized to prevent the fire from spreading to neighboring buildings. Unfortunately, the cause of the fire is still unknown, which raises additional concerns for local residents.
