Hummetroth celebrates 4-0 victory and spoils Hünfeld's Oktoberfest atmosphere!

Last Saturday, September 20th, 2025, the Oktoberfest atmosphere for Hünfelder SV was significantly dampened when they met SV Hummetroth. With a clear 0:4, coach Artug Özbakir's team celebrated an extremely clear away win. The game took place as part of the Hessenliga, in which Hünfelder SV remains in the top group despite the defeat.

The game started very badly for Hünfelder SV. In the 32nd minute, Ahmet Dogan scored with a header from a corner and gave Hummetroth the lead. Just six minutes later, in the 38th minute, Nico Struwe increased the score to 0-2 and set the course for victory. The spectators then faced a 3-0 defeat in the second half when Jannik Sommer struck again from a corner in the 58th minute. Giuseppe Signorelli scored the final point with a penalty kick in the 60th minute.
