The final meeting of the 13th Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (PCV) took place in Hanoï on October 8, 2025. This essential session was chaired by Tô Lâm, the Party's General Secretary, and marked an important step in the preparation of the Party's upcoming XIV Congress.
