Cloppenburg is celebrating: The big city festival starts with a full program!

The 46th Cloppenburg City Festival started today with bright sunshine and the opening speech by Mayor Neidhard Varnhorn. Thousands of visitors are expected in Cloppenburg city center over the next three days, where an extensive program awaits them.
