The defective finned radiator in the entrance area shows that there is a need for action here. To replace the radiators by winter, costs of around 4,500 euros are planned.
Mayor Jochen Meyer sees the need for an energy concept for the entire heating system in the house and is also pushing for the lighting in the large hall to be converted. A contract for converting to energy-saving lighting has already been awarded to the Bruns company from Schwaförden, which will cost around 2,700 euros. It should be noted that the other rooms have already switched to LED to reduce energy costs.
Diverse use and necessary adjustments
The village community center is not only appreciated by athletes and the fire department, kindergartens, local associations, dance courses, theater players and music groups also find a place for their activities here. This colorful use illustrates how important the building is to the community.
Another point that affects community work is the increase in rent for the use of the green spaces, which are contractually regulated with the parish. Due to the consumer price index, this increases by 145.20 euros to 1,841.47 euros, which the municipality covers. The shooting club has also applied for an extension of its annual subsidy of 2,000 euros, but the council has decided to provide a subsidy of 1,000 euros.
